As the Founder/Principal of Accurate Bookkeeping Solutions and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Mr. Thompson has helped numerous businesses improve the accuracy of their financial records, streamline bookkeeping processes, and implement reliable financial reporting systems that support informed business decisions.

Rebecca ("Becky") is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and an experienced bookkeeper dedicated to providing accurate, confidential, and client-focused bookkeeping services. Since joining Accurate Bookkeeping Solutions more than a year ago, she has become an integral part of our team. She brings multiple bookkeeping and QuickBooks certifications, including QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Levels 1 and 2. Her commitment to continuous learning reflects her passion for delivering exceptional service to every client.

Becky is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to build lasting, trusted relationships with clients. She is passionate about helping business owners maintain accurate financial records and gain a clear understanding of their financial health, contributing to the high level of service and reliability our clients have come to expect from Accurate Bookkeeping Solutions.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crocheting, tackling home improvement projects, and pursuing continuing education. She is currently expanding her expertise by working toward certifications in QuickBooks Payroll and tax preparation, allowing her to provide even greater value to our clients.

Czarlene has been a valued member of Accurate Bookkeeping Solutions for nearly a year and specializes in helping businesses improve cash flow, increase project profitability, and strengthen their financial operations. She brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, job costing, and project workflow management, enabling businesses to identify and address cash flow challenges, cost overruns, and operational inefficiencies.

Czarlene is highly skilled in cash flow forecasting across multiple projects, profitability analysis, and monitoring overbilling and underbilling to support accurate financial reporting. She also has expertise in streamlining accounting processes by implementing efficient workflows and utilizing industry-leading platforms such as Buildertrend and QuickBooks.

Rachelle is one of the newest members of the Accurate Bookkeeping Solutions team! As a licensed CPA, she leads our tax division, providing comprehensive tax solutions for our business clients.
 
With more than 10 years of accounting experience and a degree in accounting, Rachelle is passionate about working with numbers and helping clients truly understand their financial picture, whether through their tax returns or their bookkeeping. She believes that when clients understand their numbers, they're empowered to make better business and personal financial decisions. Rachelle loves problem-solving and building systems, and her specialty is producing clean, accurate financial statements.
Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys spending quality time with her family. She's an avid traveler who loves the beach and never misses a beautiful sunset.

Regine is a Certified Bookkeeper with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and extensive experience helping businesses maintain accurate, organized, and efficient financial records. As one of the newest members of the Accurate Bookkeeping Solutions team, she brings a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, along with hands-on experience using QuickBooks, Xero, and SynkBooks.
 

Regine specializes in bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, bill processing, financial reporting, and account analysis. She is also a Xero Advisor Certified professional with experience preparing and reviewing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other key financial reports for a diverse range of clients.
